Bookings are non-refundable. Guests must be seated by 11pm unless pre-arranged with staff.

Booking may be forfeited for late arrivals.

**Please ensure all attendees have Current Photo ID.

**Standard RSA practises apply.  All beverages will be served with mixes. No unadulterated spirits will be served.

** Top Floor takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.  If you leave the booth, please ensure your items are secured in locker provided.  

**Unattended drinks left at the booth will be cleared by staff.  Please take your drinks with you when leaving the booth.  Top Floor staff can not supervise unattended drinks.
