Dress Standards

The following items are NOT permitted to be worn inside the venue:

  • Sunglasses*
  • Hats / Beanies / Headwear*
  • Flip Flops
  • Athletic Wear
  • Work Boots / Steel Caps
  • Hoodies*
  • Joggers or Dirty Footwear
  • Casual Shorts (Dress Shorts Permitted)*
  • Harley Davidson Apparel
  • Moonboots, Casts, Slings, Crutches or other injury related bandages
  • Flannelette shirts
  • OMCG patches, clothing or Insignia 
  • Excessively baggy or dirty / stained clothing  


HOUSE POLICY

Management wishes to advise you that the following policies relate to these premises.

We abide by the guidelines set out in the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA) as such the following policies shall prevail at all times.

  • All Patrons will be dealt with politely and courteously at all times.  This level of behaviour is expected towards Staff, Security and the venue in return.
  • Disorderly and intoxicated behaviour will not be tolerated at any time.  Any behaviour of this kind will contravene our license and offenders will be subsequently evicted from the premises and risk receiving a Scantek Ban.
  • Top Floor Nightclub is a responsible server and does not encourage excessive or rapid consumption of alcohol.  We ask that all liquor is consumed in a responsible way.  Our Staff and Security have been trained to deal with these matters and responsible service practices make for a more enjoyable evening.


SCANTEK POLICY

Management wishes to advise you that the following policy relates to this premise:

  • Scantek scanning machines will be used every night of trade
  • All Patrons are required to provide CURRENT, PHOTO ID on entry to the venue
  • Acceptable forms of ID are:

CURRENT AUSTRALIAN DRIVERS LICENSE

CURRENT AUSTRALIAN PASSPORT **See note

PROOF OF AGE CARD

Should a patron fail or refuse to provide CURRENT, PHOTO ID on entry, Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

  • Any person re-entering the venue over the course of an evening is required to be rescanned and reassessed by Crowd Controllers and/or Management.
  • Information is held by the Venue for 28 days. During this time it may be provided to Policing agencies upon request.
  • Any person who behaves in a manner contravening our House and Management Policies, will be asked to leave the venue and could attract a Scantek Ban.
  • Bans can be commissioned for any period of time deemed appropriate by Management or Liquor Enforcement Agents
  • These Bans are effective at over 50+ venues throughout Australia.

**Current International Passports will be accepted at the discretion of Management.
